BEHIND THE VILLAGE COMPASS
Hi, I'm Jenna—an educator, parent, and founder of CASCO Learning, a small, learner-centered school in St. Louis.
I created The Village Compass because raising and educating children comes with a lot of questions, and there isn't one perfect way to do it. Over the years, I've created resources, tried new ideas, built learning experiences, traveled with children, and worked alongside families as they figured out what worked for them.
This is where I share what I've learned along the way—practical resources for learning at home, support for all the parts of growing up, ideas for exploring the world together, and honest guidance for educators who want to build something different.
Everything here comes from real life—with my own children, the learners and families at CASCO, and the small-school community we've built together.
You don't need to have it all figured out. Sometimes, you just need a little direction and a place to begin.
Welcome to The Village Compass.
